By subscribing to our Membership, you authorize Members Car Wash & Fuel to automatically charge your credit card on the first of each month. The first month is pro-rated. This subscription will continue until you cancel it by submitting a request through the website's cancellation form, with at least seven days' notice before your next billing date. No refunds or credits are available for partial periods.
As a member, you may opt-in to receive promotional alerts, updates and important communications via SMS and email. By opting in, you consent to receive automated messages to the phone number and email address you provided. Frequency of messages may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out at any time by sending "STOP" to the short code SMS or following the unsubscribe link in emails.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information such as your phone number, email, full name, address, and vehicle description will be used strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy to administer services and will not be shared or used for any other purpose.
Members can manage their accounts online to discontinue or pause plans and update payment information. (limit one membership change per 90 days) Requests to cancel memberships must be made with sufficient notice as outlined above. Members Car Wash & Fuel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel memberships at any time.
Membership is for ONE vehicle and is valid during normal business hours. We reserve the right to close or modify hours due to weather, equipment maintenance, or special events. No refunds or credits are available for closed or modified hours. Rates and terms are subject to change, and we reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.
